Groovin'

These are just some videos from the last two weeks. The one with Adara on the whale is mostly for the benefit of her Poppy and Nana Wilson. But the one with Jon and Adara dancing together is a tribute to Jon's ability to imitate his daughter. She's got his genes, mostly, anyway, so it's not surprising that he's able to do this. But it is impressive.

A rocking whale? Okay, that's a new one.
Since I have broadband access here in the dorm room, I can actually watch the videos (something I can't do from home with dial up), and I can't tell you how good it is to hear your voice. I guess I miss you, Mary.
Hugs.

I miss you, too. Especially because you're in Scotland as a free, well, mostly free woman with no small toddlers to worry about during your adventures. Can you imagine taking a 15 month old to the monk's brough or inside those caves? Ugh.

Well, our days aren't as exciting as yours, but neither are my nerves as frayed as they would be if I tried dragging Adara out to have adventures all the time. The most exciting thing we did today (besides conduct the YW mutual activity) was look for multigrain bread at the discount food store next to our home. Okay, I'm exaggerating. Of course we did more exciting things than that. We actually found a loaf of multigrain bread -- we had given up hope of finding any and were on our way out when we noticed it on top of the dog food. Wait a minute. . . I wonder why it was there? Should I be eating this bread?

*Sigh* I miss you too Writer. Have fun in Scotland. Love from Me.

Oh - the rocking whale. Adara's Poppy Wilson made it himself. I'm not sure why it's a whale. I guess if it wasn't a whale then it would have to be something else. Like a bowl of petunias?

Oh no. Not again.

Oh dear. That was an lol moment.
It's a lovely whale. It's just... well... I've never seen a rocking whale before. (I did see a rocking mini harley davidson once, though.)

And I'm sure Adara would have great fun crawling into interesting spaces in those tombs.....
