Baby Videos

For those of you who like this sorta thing . . . (I have to admit, I did not used to like this sort of thing. But now that it's my kid . . .)

I guess we'll go in chronological order. This first video is actually mostly of Jon. It was July 4th and we were near the Cradle of Forestry in America, hiking in a place called The Pink Beds. Given the nature of our video, it's a rather serendipitous name.

Now for the cute stuff -- Naomi started cooing and laughing in the last few weeks. She shows a bit of personality in the first video. The second one is just plain cute.

It won't let me view the videos. It says I'm supposed to make sure to accept the sender's invitation. :(

Oh -- oops. I'll fix that.

Yea!
It's really much more interesting when the pictures move!
Thanks for fixing it.

Oh, Amanda came to dance tonight after babysitting 4 of Dolly's kids for a couple of days. She's fritzed out completely.
Amy and Erik think this is the best kind of birth control there is. :)

That is funny--I wonder what that was that he was jumping on. It does look like he is jumping on a bed!

(BTW--It's called "The Pink Beds" because it is a forest of Rhododendron. In the spring--well, imagine every tree you saw covered in pink flowers!)

Such fun stuff! Love that you named her Naomi, so pretty. Thanks for sharing the videos of your newborn, and even the one of Jon jumping, that was actually pretty cool...

That's cool! I want to jump on ground that's springy like a trampoline! I am also looking forward to meeting Naomi in person, and wonder if I should Skype with Adara so I don't miss out. ;) I hope I can come visit sometime; I wish my summer wasn't over and my M.Ed. was.

Those are great videos! I bet Adara got a big kick out of the bouncing Pink Beads foliage. That looked like a lot of fun. And Naomi has such a cute giggle, she is going to be a beautiful girl. Of course, that's to be expected; look who her parents are!
