She's cute, but I got more of a kick out of hearing you laugh again..... I sound like a grandma or something, but Naomi's still a stranger to me, and you were "my kid," so it's your laugh I'm smiling over. (How was that for sentimental? I am SO freakin' old....)

That's sweet. Well, I guess in a way you are like her grandma, even though you're not really old enough to be my mother.
