Speaking Southern
Well, I don't know if it is because we live in the South, or if it is because she is just two years old. Whatever the cause, however, we find this vocal inflection a bit disturbing.

Hmmm.... I dunno. She just sounds like a toddler being silly to me. But then, I don't hear her all the time.
That is possible. She is a big ham.
She sounds like a cutie to me!
