Self Help
Didn't know where to start. So many possibilities for improvement.
Opened scriptures with a prayerful heart.
Found an area to improve. Took notice throughout the day. No improvement made, except for the notice of the specific instances where I could have improved.
I guess that's what God thought I could handle. :)
